I used to visit Dora's when I worked in town but that's been quite a while now and things have changed in my life and Id say probably the staff or even owners there! We arrived at 1.30pm and the kitchen was already closed but they were very accommodating with creating something for us which was really nice and it tasted awesome too! I ordered a mocha-chino today and I have to say I was pretty damn good! The marshmallows were soft and fresh...top marks for that Dora's!
I love the arty funky cool that this place is, being right across the road for the art and design part of Wintec, its bound to be I guess! Id give Dora's 9/10 and would definitely go back, I'll have to try their long blacks of course!
This week I stitched up a wheat pack for my pregnant daughter as she was complaining of all sorts of aches and pains. I went for the tri-sectional type so that when its sitting around her neck or something, all the wheat doesn't slide to the ends and its worked out well. The seams aren't the best but its functional and looks pretty good generally. My daughter likes it and it helps with the aches and pains. I used a cotton material that I had scraps of and the wheat was from Bin Inn and is sold as wheat pack wheat.
heres what it looks like -
and heres how it looks when I gifted it to her -
