*Download this image and save it to your iPad camera roll.
*Open your digital planner app and add this image on your page. Creating a new Sticker notebook is a great way to store all of your digital stickers for use again and again.
*Tap on 'Crop' to isolate an individual piece and click Done.
*Use the resize handles to scale the image to the size you need and move to where you want on your page.
Tips for Procreate
*Create a new canvas and select Image.
*Open the page and create a new layer on top, set this new layer to Multiply.
*Click on the original Mood Mandala layer and click again - choose Reference.
*On the layer above - Drag and drop your favourite mood colours into the Mandala as the mood arises.
*Create as many layers for your colours or writing as you like but colour layers on top will always look best when that layer is set to Multiply.
