The Great Exhibition Hiatus
For the last few years, my primary exhibition space has been the internet. It has excellent opening hours, no transport costs, and surprisingly few gallery opening speeches.
As for awards, I've discovered a significant flaw in my strategy: you generally need to enter competitions to have any chance of winning them. Since I haven't been doing much of that lately, my award count has remained stubbornly static.
When time permits, I fully intend to venture back into galleries, exhibitions, and awards. Until then, I'll be busy creating art, painting pets, and enjoying the fact that online exhibitions never require me to find parking.
In the meantime, if you want to view art in the flesh, get in touch and I'll organise a viewing if you're local, otherwise please let me know where you are and I'll make an effort to start exhibiting again and maybe in your area!
