MULLED WINE MAGIC WITH BOOZEHAG:

Hey there, my festive pals! It's your favourite boozehag, Chardonnay Minx, dropping some mulled wine wisdom to jazz up your spirits. Get ready to turn that regular vino into a magical elixir that'll make your taste buds do a merry dance.

INGREDIENTS:

1 standard bottle (750 ml) of sassy dry red wine (Trust me you dont want sweet wine for this)

1/4 cup brandy (or give a cheeky wink with orange liqueur)

1 orange, sliced into rounds (peeled for a smoother sip if you're feeling posh)

6 whole cloves (like tiny flavour confetti)

2 cinnamon sticks (because life needs more cinnamon)

2 star anise (to sprinkle some starry vibes)

2 to 4 tablespoons sugar, honey, or even maple syrup – be the sweet commander!

Optional garnishes: citrus slices (orange, lemon, and/or lime), extra cinnamon sticks, extra star anise (because we're all about that extra magic)

DIRECTIONS:

HOW TO CREATE MULLED WINE:
