TRUE COLOURS CHARITABLE TRUST

True Colours is an exciting new initiative in Child Health Services, a first in New Zealand, which is providing clinical and psychosocial support for children and adolescents (birth to 18 years), who have a chronic or serious and life-threatening illness. The service will also encompass grief and bereavement counseling to support children/adolescents who have a parent/sibling or significant person who is seriously ill or who has died as a result of illness. Specialist support and education is offered to Health Professionals and Schools covering any issues surrounding the childs illness, or childrens grief and bereavement issues.
