  • Odd Things
    SOLD From the 'Not a Still Life' series, Odd Things is about all the odd bits and pieces, the things that dont match and the things that don't make sense, just because they dont have to. Do I have to spell it out...I guess so, so here it is! measuring 500mm x 400mm x 35mm deep. Sides are painted black.
  • Purple Flip_Flops
    SOLD That feeling of sand between your toes, cooling off in the rippling tide............ahhh beach days, things memories are made of. Keep a piece of that kiwiana with you with a gorgeous artwork by Collette Renee Fergus.   • Waitomo caves
    SOLD My visit to the famous Waitomo glow worm caves had me more entranced with the amazing Aranui cave that is richly decorated with stalactites and stalagmites formed by dripping water from the past 24 million years. Although the glow worms are an amazing sight themselves, I felt this part of the cave experience had something extra and therefore had to paint it in its intense beauty.   • Magritte's 'This is not an Apple'
    Artists Own Collection My entry for The fakes & Forgeries exhibition in Mangaweka 2011. Always a bit of fun, I plan to keep this one if it doesn't sell at the exhibition because I really like it! The original is linked below if you want to see what I was working with. I changed the words to English to make it mine! My piece measures 330mm x 420mm with the frame, a recycled antique frame that i felt fit the artwork.

I visited this beach several times over the years, its remote location makes it an almost untouched spot of beauty in an otherwise chaotic world.
